That's about the only way I can describe how my life has been of late... I'm just going to give you a series of bullets, since I can't really coheisively form what has been going on in my life in a nice essay format. I'm just not feeling organized.

-Hair:
I have abandoned blonde hair. I got sick of it, so my hair is now brown, about what the natural color is. It's the closest it's been to my natural color since July '08. Not to mention it's long enough to pull up into a high pony tail

-Colorgaurd:
We had our first game on the 28th. I guess it was really good. Colorgaurd only did the opener, because the gaurd feature got cut, since Drumline wasn't ready. XP But we're almost ready for this friday's game (which will be our second game, since we only play the games at our home field because our district doesn't have the funds to bus the band... ) I got really frustrated at Tuesday's practice... and it's mostly because of the coach, and the fact that I was sick of the *itching because we don't get as much coddling as the rest of the band.

But we do get forgotten consistently. Like on Thursday, when the OSM awards (Outstanding Section Member awards) were being handed out, we were forgotten. Every other section had 2 people... except us And we were forgotten during drill, since we need to figure out a way to get to the beginning of our second song from our first, because we need to be in a certain position for the first part of it.

So we're wearing tiaras on Tuesday, because we can, and we are sick of it. We're the most noticable section of the band for crying out loud. So I'm going to wear the dress I bought for homecoming last year

Not to mention my legs& but are looking AMAZING from all the marching I flexed my calves the other day and I was like "O_O HOLY SHIT!" And my arms are getting toned from all the flag work

-School:
Lots of work. I'm taking 5 classes, and all of them are Honors. Even the choir, since it's advanced music. But I'm soldiering through. I should probably be studying right now though Oh well. This is more important atm.

And I've been trying to dress better this year and just looking nicer in general. I've worn make up most days, and I've been dressy looking usually. I've only had one or two "blah" days so far

-On the Homefront:
I've started unpacking my room again. I'm sick of the clutter. I finally got my clothes all unpacked and sorted through (sort of). I really need to get more clothes, since I don't have a lot to begin with, and most of them I don't wear. And I'm dejunking the room, since I'm going to doing a different decor. I don't know that I'm going to the Lolita/Victorian -esqe style I was originally intending, but I am going to incorporate it. I want to get a vanity, I'm getting rid of my old desk (which was my 14th birthday present from my grandpa) and giving it to my brother, and possibly selling my art table, but I might keep it. I'm not sure.
But it's moving along, which is making me happy and really energetic. Which is part of why i'm just kinda bulleting, yet rambling in this journal....

-Art:
I've kind of broken my art block, but I haven't had as much time for drawing as I would like to But I did recently do something really awesome looking, I just need access to a scanner so I can get it up for you guys to see. I'm so proud of it, like seriously.

One of my old teachers told me that I should start an art club... so i think I will. My school needs something like that, especially since my school has so many artists that have a lot of talent, but have no real outlet for it.

-Writing:
I have an ending for Drinking Arsenic, so I've been writing it out. I'm doing NaNoWriMo this year, and I'm volleying between two different ideas, so I'll have to make a decision. One is really bizzare and sci-fi ish, and the other is magic-y with a really strong lead woman, kinda like Drinking Arsenic. She's a killer too. (It'll be like a completely original BM-L thing, except it won't be her falling for a guy like Vlad I don't think. It'll incorporate more of an RP I'm doing with a friend.)

I've been writing a lot of random bizarre sci-fi stuff recently. I'm not posting any of it here though. I don't know if I want to share it honestly.



Oh, and go listen to Outta Here by Esmee Denters. I'm totally addicted to that and all things Gaga. If I try out for Captain of the Guard Team, I'm either using that song, Pokerface, Starstruck, Just Dance, and maybe Paparazzi.
